David leads Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation across the growth equity and private capital portfolio. His mandate is to partner with founders and their teams to accelerate growth. Portfolio Value Creation proactively collaborates with portfolio leadership teams on their terms on strategic, go-to-market, talent-related, and operational topics. He is also responsible for Susquehanna-sponsored community building and events.
David graduated with an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with distinction where he was Siebel Scholar. He also has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.

Stephen DeBellis is an investor with Susquehanna Private Capital. He focuses his time on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within business, consumer, and franchise services.
Before Joining SPC, Stephen was a Business Development Manager at AmTrust Financial Services where he worked within its exclusive profit-sharing program.
Stephen received his BS in Finance from Widener University and minored in Economics.
Julia joined the Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation (PVC) team in 2021. As a part of PVC, she partners with companies to accelerate growth through targeted strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Susquehanna, Julia was a management consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) where she worked with organizations to evaluate their operating models, identify opportunities for improvement and implement those solutions. She led complex transformation initiatives including program management, business case modeling, organization design and process improvement.
U.S. Open ball boy, collegiate sailor, improving golfer and unexceptional skier. Enjoys spending time outdoors and attempting to cook more than just pasta.
Matt is currently pursuing his BSBA in Finance at Drexel University.
Matthew Jenkins is a co-op with Susquehanna Private Capital. He focuses on business & franchise services, consumer services and industrial technologies. Before joining SPC, Matt interned as a venture capital analyst at Ben Franklin Technology Partners in its Information Technology and Life Sciences groups.

John received his BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Before joining SPC, Ken was an investment banker at Freeman & Co., an M&A advisory firm focused on financial technology and broker-dealer clients (acquired by Houlihan Lokey). Prior to Freeman & Co., Ken was an auditor at PwC in its alternative investments practice.
Ken received his BS in Finance and Accountancy from Villanova University and is a licensed certified public accountant in New York. He also serves on the Board and Finance Committee of North Light Community Center in Manayunk.

Daniel Schupper is an investor with Susquehanna Private Capital. He focuses on business, consumer and franchise services.
Before joining SPC, Daniel was an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities in its Healthcare group.
Daniel received his BA in Business from Brandeis University.
Kyle leads Susquehanna Private Capital and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within business, consumer and franchise services.
Kyle is co-head of Susquehanna Private Capital and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Kyle has expertise with regard to franchise services and leads SPC’s business services investment efforts. Before joining SPC, Kyle was an investor at both the TZP Group and the Carlyle Group, and an investment banker at both Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.
Kyle received his BSE in Civil Engineering from Duke University.
